This project consists of a tenant improvement to the first floor of an existing surgical suite. The scope of work includes the installation of new sterilization equipment, the build-out of six operating rooms (ORs) and two procedure rooms, and the development of a recovery area featuring twenty-one recovery bays and three private recovery rooms.
