RCP was the General Contractor for our 20,000 sq ft Ambulatory Surgery Center which included 4 full Operating Rooms and 2 shelled to build out. Our space includes a beautifully equipped business office, employee locker rooms and indoor/outdoor breakroom, as well all of the clinical perioperative areas needed to support a large Orthopedic center. During construction, RCP was extremely professional, responsive, creative and resourceful – allowing for an on-time opening and a very smooth transition to operations. The attention to detail and accountability always made us feel like they were available and able to resolve any concern or road-bump as we were under construction. After opening, the RCP leadership team was always available for anything we needed – we could text or call at any time and we never felt like we were a bother or alone in managing operational needs. It’s been 5 years since we opened and I can still call them at any time and they will show up to help me with anything! THAT is excellent service, and when we are trying to focus on patients and employees it is exactly what we need. I have referred RCP to build other centers and would continue to so to this day.

I have completed three projects with RCP Construction in the last four years, have another breaking ground in January, and two more smaller projects that will follow. RCP Construction delivered outstanding results on an Ambulatory Surgery Center that was bid during a worldwide pandemic and constructed during a period of unprecedented supply chain disruptions. Throughout the project, RCP exceeded my expectations and did a fantastic job of maintaining schedule and budget while clearly and consistently communicating with the Owner and Architect. The entire project team stayed out in front of any potential issues and provided thoughtful, creative and cost-saving solutions in the field. RCP is truly a partner and I look forward to working together again on future projects.

Winters Healthcare broke ground on a health center on October 1, 2018. From preconstruction through final inspections, we could not have asked for a better construction partner to execute our vision. They held our hand throughout complex permitting, environmental and OSHPD 3 requirements as well as adhered to a tight construction schedule. It has been a pleasure to work with the talented and dedicated people at RCP. They have provided exceptional service on the many projects I have been involved with them over the years. My last project, The Bergamo School, constructed here in the Serrano Village Green was completed both on time and on budget. I also have had the privilege of working with RCP on the Architectural Control Committee approval side on several other successful projects, including the West Coast Spine and Joint Center and The Shops at Saratoga. I want to thank you for the wonderful job RCP did with our 12,000 square foot warehouse addition. If only everything about our original building construction was as good as the work you did. It was great to see things progress on schedule and on budget. Communication and problem solving was always timing and complete. The post construction follow-up and support was great.
